The most important step towards your COMMOD HOUSE is the “IPC Package” (Individual Consulation Package). We have upgraded this individual consultation. The upgrade makes submission planning easier and includes:
- Feasibility study: support in clarifying basic design, functional, economic and scheduling issues. Project consultation with regard to overall performance requirements.
- Preliminary design: Initial visual representation of your project in form of a preliminary design. In addition to floor plans, this also includes a relevant main view as well as a sampling and colour concept.
- Indicative costs: You will receive a calculation basis for your COMMOD HOUSE including delivery and assembling.
The costs for the IPB package are EUR 900 excl. VAT. This amount will be credited back to you when you purchase your COMMOD HOUSE. If, after checking the delivery situation, it turns out that it is logistically not possible to deliver, the amount will be refunded to you.
