ONLINE INITIAL CONSULTATION APPOINTMENT (ICA)

ICA with property:

We offer the service of non-binding online initial consultation appointments during our office hours, should a plot of land already be available.
On this occasion we will discuss your individual ideas, wishes and needs for your COMMOD dream home.
Initial consultations are one-time free of charge and are valid up to a project start date within half a year. After that, a new consultation must be ordered to ensure that the start dates for your project are current.

Consulting appointments without plot as well as further online consulting after ICA (until project start) can be booked at our consulting hourly rate of € 85,- excl. VAT / hour. If you are interested, please contact us by email at info@commod-house.com.

Due to the great demand and because we take a lot of time for our customers and our attention is the realization of their dream home, we ask to consider waiting times for appointments during our office hours.

We invite you to contact us during our office hours so we can take the necessary time to start planning your dream home. At our initial appointment we will discuss your individual ideas, requirements and wishes. We are also happy to accommodate initial inquiries by email.

We pay special attention and commit valuable time to the needs of our customers and therefore, we ask that you take waiting time into consideration. Given the current high demand, the waiting time for a COMMOD HOUSE is approximately 6 months until the start of production.

COMMOD HOUSE OFFICE HOURS: Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 17:00 and Friday 09:00 to 13:00. We ask you to make an appointment by email.

COMMOD HOUSE will guide you along the way to realising your dream home. In order to determine your construction project, we can now offer you our individual Project Consultation Package (IPC package) for only € 900, – excl. VAT. This amount will then be credited to you when you eventually purchase your COMMOD HOUSE!

Expert advice in establishing the challenges, appropriate tasks, goals and solutions.
Support regarding design, functional, economic and schedule issues
Advice on the total power requirement / scope of service
Presentation of an initial solution in the form of a preliminary proposal.
Preliminary estimation of the costs of your COMMOD HOUSE, including estimation of transport, installation and foundation. A withdrawal from the contract is possible within the statutory 14-day period. If cancelled beyond this period, Charge incurred hours after actual expenditure at our proposed standard hourly rate.
