This was the “Salon L’Immobilier Neuf” 2023

COMMOD exhibited at the Expo Salon l’Immobilier Neuf in Paris in mid-March. With around 15,000 visitors over 3 days, the Expo is one of the largest real estate fairs in France.

From Friday to Sunday, we were able to introduce the wooden modular house system to numerous interested visitors. The conversations with the guests were extremely positive. In France, people appreciate extraordinary design and sustainable building materials are becoming more and more important. However, one searches in vain for other wooden module manufacturers. Fortunately, we are here now.

We took wooden boards with pictures of some of our most beautiful houses and interior projects with us to Paris. Also lots of brochures, info boards, Zotter mini chocolates, our pretty COMMOD flowers as well as a very special cube made of the different woods we mainly use for the production of our houses: spruce, larch and oak.

Old acquaintances and new perspectives

We also met our French partner architect Matteo Emmer again. He has the necessary country-specific know-how to accompany our French customers during the submission process.

On the last picture of the gallery you can see one of the highlights of our trip: this is our new office workplace in Paris “in the making”! We are very happy to have the chance to rent a space at the great Austrian-French architecture office @infabric_architects – founded and run by Anita and Fabien Barthelmy. Stay tuned!
