Together with our long-term and reliable partners, we ensure the highest quality and smooth processes in construction, delivery and assembly of your COMMOD HOUSE.
As a client representative and general contractor, we are happy to take on all services from administrative processing and property preparation to construction coordination and interior planning, including furnishing your COMMOD dream home.

Weekly construction control at the company’s own production facility includes detailed development, design discussions and personal exchange with our colleagues in production.
Since the accompaniment from the first thought to moving into a new home is a very close and personal matter, we attach great importance to a trusting and mutually appreciative relationship with our customers.
Based on experience, during sometimes very nerve-stressing phases and large financial expenses a house purchase generally entails, the relationship of trust between the client and the planner / general contractor must be 100% on both sides. If the chemistry is right, this common path will turn into a friendly and appreciative relationship and turns this mostly unique experience – namely the creation of your own home – into an exciting but also wonderful time.
Although there is enormous demand only a limited number of houses are produced each year. We believe that scaling our capacities at the rapid pace of increasing demand is the wrong approach. We rely on quality, individuality, long-term partnerships and direct supporting our customers as a reliable partner.

In contrast to conventional providers, we forward all offers from external companies transparently and directly and cover our services such as planning and construction coordination only with an 5% general contractor surcharge. So we keep an eye of all the ongoing work around your COMMOD HOUSE and coordinate, organize and plan appointments, trace and control quality and costs, for completely satisfied customers and allround care during all project phases.

The IPC package (Individual Project Consulting Package) includes an individual floor plan preliminary design and guide-costs for your COMMOD HOUSE including screw foundations and delivery.
The IPB package currently costs € 750 excl. VAT * and will be credited back to you when buying a COMMOD HOUSE.
