COMMOD HOUSE 40 consists of a 4m x 12m module (48m² GFA) and it can be divided into a living area and two bedrooms. The optimised living space of 40m² is also perfect as a barrier-free living arrangement for one or more inhabitants. A strong relationship with the outdoor environment is achieved through the careful design of large, sliding patio doors. These open out onto a terrace that has been uniquely designed for the COMMOD HOUSE 40. A WC, Bathroom and a small corridor with access to the second bedroom consolidate the house.
COMMOD HOUSE 55 consists of a 4.5m x 14m module (63m² GFA) and it can be divided into a living area and two equally sized bedrooms. A central kitchen with dining area forms the centerpiece of this COMMOD HOUSE. The two separate sleeping areas allow for an undisturbed sleeping and relaxation room. The centrally located toilet and extra bathroom are set behind the living area. The COMMOD HOUSE 55 can accommodate everything from a permanent home for a small family, to a cozy vacation home. It comes prefabricated in one piece and is immediately ready to move in. It can be quickly reloaded and relocated at anytime.
