With a gross floor area of 48m², COMMOD Vista is another Tiny House with a smart floor plan and efficient use of space.
The anteroom as a central reception area serves as a distributor to the other rooms of the house. The north-facing bedroom has a floor-to-ceiling window facing east, which provides a wonderful view of the valley. Next to the open kitchen-living-dining area , with the same view, there is the workroom for the two occupants. The facade was painted in a restrained white and the long cantilevered terrace of steel and wood that makes the house float above the slope is thus emphasized once again.
