Set amidst the peaceful French countryside, this single-story home blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Its flat roof, clean lines, and expansive openings create a modern, minimalist look while offering a cozy, welcoming interior. The layout was designed to maximize natural light and provide open views of the landscape — a hallmark of our open-space design philosophy.
Tailor-Made to Fit the Client’s Needs
As with every COMMOD HOUSE, this project was fully customized to meet our client’s personal needs and vision. The layout includes a bright open-plan living area with a functional kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower — all built with high-quality, eco-friendly materials.
Fast, Efficient, and Sustainable
Built entirely in our Austrian workshop using timber frame construction and ecological insulation, the house was delivered to France in prefabricated modules and assembled on-site in just one day. This innovative process drastically reduces on-site disruption and construction time while ensuring energy efficiency and long-term sustainability.
